+   - 学历、专业、在校经历相关亮点
+   - 工作/项目经历的核心职责、技术栈、成果产出
+   - 技能栈中AI相关技术的掌握情况、项目中AI技术的应用
+   - 个人博客、开源贡献、技术文章等额外加分项
+3. **生成面试问题**：结合简历背景生成三类定制化问题，每类至少3个：
